Abstract
In a rapidly changing events in a climate of party congresses, ideological decisions, subject exhibitions the establishment and development of a whole generation of artists of the late 60's – 70's went on. Academics Athanasius Osipov and Dashi-Nima Dugarov belong to to this generation, masters of severe style.
