Conference “Expertise and attribution of works of art. Theory, practice and legal aspects”

3rd Conference of the P.M Tretyakov Independent Art Research & Expertise “Expertise and attribution of works of art. Theory, practice and legal aspects” will be held on November 2, 2023. The partner of the event this year is the Museum of Moscow. Applications are accepted until October 2, 2023.

We invite colleagues from museums, galleries and expert organizations to participate in the event.

Topics

Topics of presentations: expertise, attribution, archival and bibliographic research, technological research of painting, graphics and icon painting, evaluation, legal and legal aspects.

Regulations

The speaking time is 15 minutes.

The meeting will be held face-to-face and will be broadcast on the Zoom platform.

As a result of the conference, a collection will be published that combines the texts of the reports of the three conferences held by NINE (2019–2023).
