The Belgorod State Art Museum invites you to take part in the 6th scientific and practical conference "Actual issues of the development of domestic fine arts in the provinces." The conference will take place on October 27, 2023 from 10:00 to 14:00 at the Belgorod State Art Museum (Belgorod, Pobeda St., 77) and will be held as part of the VI Belgorod Open Festival of Fine Arts in memory of Honored Artist of Russia S.S. Kosenkov.
S.S. Kosenkov (1941–1993), Honored Artist of the RSFSR. He was awarded gold medals at international exhibitions in Leipzig (1971), Brno (1976). An artist of philosophical worldview, he firmly entered the ranks of the masters who determined the level of domestic graphics in the 70s and 80s of the last century. Since 1995, the memorial museum-workshop of Stanislav Kosenkov has been operating in Belgorod.
Museum employees, specialists in the field of museology, art history and cultural studies are invited to participate. On October 27, it is planned to visit the opening day of the festival exhibition-competition at the sites of the Belgorod Art Museum and the exhibition hall "Rodina", and on October 28 - an excursion program in the historical and architectural complex "Kholkovsky Caves" (a branch of the Chernyansky Regional Museum of Local Lore).

Forms of participation in the conference:
- face-to-face (delivering a report offline and online; publication in a collection);

Due to the limited time of the conference, the Organizing Committee reserves the right to select materials for presentations. As a result of the conference, it is planned to publish a collection of materials, which will be assigned an ISBN number. The publication in the collection is free, the registration fee for participation in the conference is not charged.
Travel, food and accommodation - at the expense of the sending party. The organizers are ready to assist in the accommodation of the conference participants at a reduced price of 1100 rubles per day.
