Abstract

The artistic movement “sacralized plasticism”, the name of which was given by L.V. Mochalov in the 1990s, arose after the Great Patriotic War. Its founders were V.V. Sterligov, P.M. Kondratyev, T.N. Glebova. They were students of the famous representatives of the first wave of the avant-garde — K.S. Malevich, P.N. Filonov, M.V. Matyushin. Dealing with the issues of spatial structure, colour plastics, they introduced into their work the coordinate of the spiritual dimension, without losing connection with natural reality. The article considers the path of transformation of nature, which formed the basis of the concept of a work of art on the example of one of the later works of Tatyana Glebova.
