Abstract
The "Chelyuskinskaya" is a unique creative and production base. At the moment, the importance of the graphic dacha activity is confirmed by the 70-year history of its existence. The activity of the House of creativity influenced the formation of a high professional level of artists whose heritage is the gold Fund of Soviet and Russian culture. To preserve this unique cultural site, a number of significant steps need to be taken now.
